The registration fee is to 15000 Japanese yen for early registration before September 20, 2001 (8000 yen for students) and 18000 Japanese yen for late registration (10000 yen for students) with the exception of invited speakers. It includes the banquet, free coffee, tea and cookies as well as a copy of the conference proceedings. Please note this fee does not include the excursion, accommodation charges and meals. For foreign participants, the fee must be paid in cash upon arrival at the conference. We cannot accept credit cards or checks. For domestic participants (for early registration only), the fee must be paid by the transfer. (We strongly recommend to take this procedure.)

There are no hotels around the Higashiyama Campus of Nagoya University. Almost all hotels in Nagoya city are far from Nagoya University. The following hotels are prepared for the participants. They are located near the subway Higashiyama Line and not so far from University. They are convenient to access the conference site. Participants can reserve the rooms in these hotels on the registration form in Web page.
We prepare rooms for participants in two hotels at the reduction price:

Hotel Mielparque Nagoya.
Chisan Hotel Nagoya Sakae
It is located between the stops "Sakae" and "Shin Sakaemachi" of the subway Higashiyama Line.
Hotel Mielparque Nagoya
It is located near the stop "Chikusa" of the subway Higashiyama Line.
For students mainly, a very limited number of rooms of Guest House are prepared at low price. They are located in Higashiyama Campus of Nagoya University. The rooms are good, but no breakfast service is available.

During the dates of TGF01 conference many other conferences and meetings will be held in Nagoya city. Moreover on 14 Oct. "the formula-1 car race" will be held in Suzuka, which is situated very close to Nagoya. Many hotels in Nagoya may be occupied by a lot of visitors. We strongly recommend to arrange your accommodation early.
